While we often discuss #organizational_culture and ways to improve it, we should also examine our individual cultures.
How do we learn?
How receptive are we to criticism?
Do we trust others?
Are we seen as so called “professional”?
How effectively do we collaborate in teams?
How do we react when people confront us?
What is our leadership style?
Do we have a vision for ourselves? What are our next three years’ plans?
We typically define these traits within the context of an organization, but what if we started by defining them for ourselves?
By fostering personal growth and #self-awareness we can initiate change within ourselves, which will ultimately #influence and #transform the organization as a whole.
