Coaching: Guiding Transformation

Coaching starts with establishing clear goals and helping the Coachee to move from its current position to the desired position. The process is an amalgamation of active listening and asking the right questions to enable the Coachee to get deep insights into his own behaviour. The approach of the Coach is tailor-made to suit the needs of the Coachee, enhancing his skills.

The coaching process is primarily driven by SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and aspirational goals. Typically, this unfolds over 12 sessions, though the duration can be adjusted based on the coachee’s specific requirements.

We worked with eight sector leaders, each with specific goals to achieve over a three-month period. The effectiveness of this program led to coaching engagements with four additional managers and several workshops aimed at facilitating organizational change.

Tech Manager Development

We coached a technology manager who had consistently underperformed as a leader, scoring below 40 out of 100 in two consecutive annual surveys. After approximately 10 sessions over three months, the HR Head reported that the manager’s score had increased to 76 in the following year’s survey—a remarkable improvement that underscores the power of effective coaching.
