Varsha Agrawal is a seasoned psychologist specializing in psychometrics, with extensive experience applying her expertise to Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, and Assessment Centers. With a career spanning two decades, she has honed her skills in these areas, as well as in Counselling.
Certified in the Big 5 personality assessment by CKN, Pune, Varsha is also proficient in other renowned psychometric tools such as 16PF and MBTI.
Although her initial academic path led her to a Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Varsha’s fascination with psychology was sparked while raising her children. Intrigued by the stark differences between siblings raised in the same environment, she pursued a Master’s degree in Psychology later in life.
Varsha is particularly passionate about Psychometrics and Counselling, having witnessed their positive impact on numerous individuals. She firmly believes that individual differences contribute to the world’s diverse array of strengths, skills, and interests, driving daily progress and development. In her view, psychometrics empowers individuals to better understand themselves and others, leading to personal growth and success when people identify and leverage their strengths.
Her professional experience includes serving as an Assistant Coach at the Denmark Embassy and Cowi India, among other reputable organizations. Varsha has participated in numerous assessment centers, utilizing various tools including psychometric tests, Thematic Apperception Tests, and Word Association Tests.
Additionally, Varsha has been an active career counselor, working with children both in various schools and in individual settings.
