Our Story

We love Coaching, Training, and OD Interventions; however, the success in these areas primarily stems from the commitment of the individuals involved in these journeys. For instance, we have tackled some challenging coaching assignments where individuals were previously written off in their organizations. Nevertheless, these Coachees desired improvement, stepped out of their comfort zones, and successfully completed the journey with us. As a result, our reward has been witnessing these individuals overcome various obstacles and continuously achieve their goals.

Neeraj Agarwal is a seasoned HR professional with a profound passion for human resource development. Since 1994, he has collaborated with numerous organizations, guiding them through periods of unprecedented growth.

Neeraj’s expertise encompasses all organizational levels, from board members to entry-level employees. Specifically, he focuses on building individual capabilities, which in turn strengthens the entire organization. Moreover, as a coach and mentor to senior professionals across India, he has played a crucial role in transforming mindsets and work practices.

In addition, Neeraj balances both employee and employer interests effectively. His long-term client relationships (e.g., KEI: 16 years, SG: ongoing for 16 years, Saru Silver Alloy: ongoing for 11 years) demonstrate the tangible business value he brings to organizations. Consequently, Neeraj Agarwal’s holistic approach to HR and organizational development continues to drive positive change and sustainable growth for his clients across India.

Varsha Agrawal

Director

Varsha Agrawal is a seasoned psychologist specializing in psychometrics, with extensive experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, and Assessment Centers. With a career spanning two decades, she has honed her skills in these areas, as well as in Counseling.

Certified in the Big 5 personality assessment by CKN, Pune, Varsha is also proficient in other renowned psychometric tools such as 16PF and MBTI.

Although her initial academic path led her to a Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Varsha’s fascination with psychology was sparked while raising her children. Intrigued by the stark differences between siblings raised in the same environment, she pursued a Master’s degree in Psychology later in life.

How We Make A Difference

It may sound cliché, but we firmly believe in people. For instance, once, upon entering an organization, the Managing Director confided that he was completely frustrated with his Deputy General Manager and wanted him to leave. Contrary to this opinion, we worked closely with this individual. The result? He became the organization's first Vice President and the Managing Director's right-hand man. Our gratification was immense when the same Managing Director later told us that his reliance on this person was so high that he couldn’t imagine working without him.

This is just one example of many stories where individuals, once written off by their superiors, transformed into invaluable assets. Indeed, the journey from being undervalued to becoming indispensable is the essence of HR. In reality, there's no rocket science to this transformation. Rather, the foundation lies in believing in people, trusting that they can turn themselves around, and providing the facilitation they need to become organizational assets.

The single most crucial factor that elevated organizations from average to high-performing was their teams. These organizations, in particular, believed in building strong teams with the inclination, mindset, and skills to reach greater heights. Creating the intent to work as a team is often the most Herculean task. Indeed, “teamwork” is a frequently misused term. However, getting people to truly collaborate is one of the hardest challenges organizations face. Once achieved, the rest of the journey becomes significantly smoother. Therefore, we help organizations build these teams, navigating through egos, pride, past experiences, competitiveness, and various frustrations.

A common misconception is that HR is only about distributing salaries, recruitment, or at best, providing emotional support to aggrieved employees. In reality, HR encompasses much more. The foundation of HR lies in its processes and systems that help both individuals and organizations build steps towards growth. Without proper Performance Management Systems, Succession Plans, or Career Plans for its people, any organization would suffer greatly. Consequently, we have our own proprietary systems that help build the foundation of organizations and create platforms where both people and the organization can grow rapidly.
